What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order with Melunaé, delivery times may be slightly different from what you are used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we save significantly on storage and transport costs. This allows us to offer our products at very competitive prices.
Our average delivery time is 7–15 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand, your order may occasionally arrive later than expected. We kindly ask for your understanding.
If the estimated delivery period has passed and you still have not received your order, please email us at info@melunae.com and include your order number. We will immediately check the status of your shipment.
I want to change/return my order – how do I do that?
To request a return, simply contact our customer service team by email at info@melunae.com.
Please include:

the reason for your return
We will send you the return address and a return confirmation. After that, you can ship the product back using the carrier of your choice.
What are the return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The exact amount depends on the carrier you choose. Please refer to your carrier’s website for current pricing.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
Our standard return period is 30 days from the day you receive your item.
The following conditions apply:
You can return the item only if:

the 30-day return period has not yet expired;

the product is in its original packaging, with all labels/tags still attached;

the product has not been used and is in resellable condition.
Which payment methods can I use?
We currently accept payments via PayPal and credit card.
If you are unsure whether your preferred payment method is supported, simply proceed to the checkout page to view all available options.
All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are therefore 100% safe.
I didn’t receive the order confirmation email – what should I do?
This should not normally happen. If you have not received an order confirmation, please send us an email with your full name and email address used during checkout to info@melunae.com. We will assist you as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible at info@melunae.com.
